At Stamps.com Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of mailing and shipping essentials. If your order does not meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels, ink cartridges, or scales are properly protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid return shipping label provided by our support team and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
